Who is your favorite author, or what is your favorite book, and why?

My favorite book is "The Child Called It". I like it because its a true story and it opens your eyes to what some kids have to go through in life. Dora Cox Period 8/9
my favorite book is Freedom Writers. i like this book because it is a book of true stories that really happened,it helps you see what all the kids went though everyday, and how bad their lives were.
I have always liked all of the "Goose Bumps" books by R.L. Stine. I liked them because they were always easy to read and kind of scary. Plus they were short so if you got one you didn't like it didn't take long to finish.
My favorite author is Dave Pelzer because he writes about true stories. I also like the way he writes, he creates a lot of imagery. When you read if feels like you are actually there watching everything that he writes about. I do not usually enjoy reading, but i very much get into the series of Dave Pelzer books.
Call me lame but i have always enjoyed the Harry Potter books by J.K.Rowling, I think that is how you spell it. I just sometimes enjoy an escape to a fantasy world, and I can just loose myself in a good fantasy book.
My favorite book is "Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer. She has written other books that go along with this series. I liike it because it truely makes you believe in fairy tales and the way she describes Edward is delicious! Getting lost in the world of Vampires is very interesting and i would recommend this book to anyone.
I have been teaching Spanish for 15 years. I am also the Spanish Club advisor. This year should be very exciting, and I am looking forward to it!! My husband and I enjoy camping and going to Disney World with our two children.
